Ever wish you had a "don’t panic button" in your pocket?  Well wait no more. The WhyNotSpot-It app allows users to spot triggering situations in the moment - gaining relief and a more balanced perspective right away. The app, which follows the 4-Step Method, was created by the consulting firm DillonMarcus to help workplace professionals respond to situations in a more emotionally intelligent manner. DillonMarcus’ co-founders, husband and wife team Evan and Tara Marcus, are avid fans and long-time users of the RI Method. Join us to learn more about this exciting new offering that puts a ‘don’t panic button’ right in your pocket!

Group Leader Training

Become a certified leader of Recovery!

October 20, 22, 27 and 29, 2025

from 7-9pm Eastern Time each day

This training is for those who would like to step up to a Group Leader or Assistant Leader role for Zoom or in-person meetings. To qualify for training, you should be attending RI meetings regularly for at least 3-6 months and know the concepts and 4-Step Method. (Session held via Zoom.)

$35 for members, $70 for non-members and includes one year of membership.

Power Your Mind: Tools to Build Resilience

Train-the-Trainer

Become a certified trainer to confidently deliver the Power Your Mind: Tools to Build Resilience program to youth or school groups. In these two 2-hour sessions, you will learn how to deliver Power Your Mind workshops to youth groups ranging in age from 13-18 years old.

  • Leader Guide
  • PowerPoint slide deck
  • Instruction to confidently and consistently facilitate workshops.
